I M SURPRISED

Every citizen of this country is aware of that if one wants to buy a house, he will have to pay around 60% in black (Unaccounted Cash) but our honourable PM & FM is not aware of the same. Yet our FM urges public to invest in infrastruture bonds upto INR 20,000 and they will get an income tax exemption instead of assuring house to everyone he is more interested in fund raising for Infrastruture Companies.

Every Infrastruture Company has a business of housing also and vice versa. Please plead ignorance as we don't know how the infrastruture companies will going to use Infrastructre Bonds.
